The Worldwide Alliance of Martial Artists (WAMA) is an organization dedicated to raising the standards of the Martial Arts by expunging politics and shaping the foundation by which martial artists, schools, and Instructors achieve excellence.
WAMA provides various seminars , as well as a network of school owners and Instructors across the globe. The alliance is open to all styles, systems, and martial artists that are deemed reputable.
Everyone and every style has something to offer. We must join together as true martial artists to promote the health of the Arts as a whole. There is no room for politics, only the traditional values, honor, and integrity the martial arts true spirit demands.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
ALL BLACK BELT SCHOOL OWNERS
Membership Fees:
*First Year Membership $55
School License, Instructor Certificate, School Charter, Umpire Certificate,
Certificate of Appointment,
as well as an Official WAMA ID Card , WAMA patch and Baseball Cap with WAMA logo
If you wish a instructor 8 1/2 x 11 Certificate of Rank $35
*Second Year and after
Update of School Charter & documents $30
REQUIREMENTS: Black Belts or School Owners are required to submit 2 passport size photos upon initial membership, along with their application. One photo for their certificate, the other on file.
Benefits of Membership:
*WAMA School Owners will be provided with all necessary documentation needed to run a reputable martial arts school or club:
--School License, Instructor Certificate, School Charter, Umpire Certificate, Certificate of Appointment, as well as an Official WAMA ID Card and a WAMA patch to be displayed proudly on your Instructor uniform.

*An optional SEMINAR will be performed by Soke Grandmaster Alan Kates for all New Black Belt school owner members at their location. Your school must have a minimum of 25 members. If out of state, a hotel room must be provided. (East Coast schools must have a minimum of 30 to 40 members.)
*Various other seminars held annually, allowing Instructors or students to train together along with other diverse stylists. WAMA Seminars are key in helping to enhance skills, broaden training, and to network schools and Instructors. **Seminars offered include: Weapons, Self Defense, joint locks ,pressure points, take down, grapping and much more.
Black Belt/School Owners, and varied other types of seminars.
*Head Instructors and School owners are FREE at all seminars
*Notification by mail, e-mail, or phone of WAMA events.
*Enhancement of sales, marketing, and business management tools and networking opportunities. WAMA will share new marketing ideas, retention ideas, and allow for worldwide networking through martial artists of diverse styles and backgrounds, aiding in the growth and health of your school.

*The WAMA organization allows the freedom of Instructors to test their own students. Upon request, WAMA will certify every student tested with a Certificate of Rank,as long as they are members. Low ranks under Black Belt for $6.00 each certificate and $ 35.00 for Black Belt . This will enhance recognition of each student and their rank by Instructors, Masters, and Grandmasters across the globe.

Membership Fees:
Student Membership (White-Black) $35 per Year, you get Patch , ID and Baseball Cap with logo
Under Rank certificate is attained - Certificate $6.00 per test under black belt rank.
Black Belt 8 1/2 x 11 Certificate of Rank is $35.00
Under Ranking Students Benefits of Membership:
Receive an Official WAMA ID card and a WAMA patch to be prominently displayed on their
uniform, also a baseball cap with WAMA logo
Reduction of $5 off of all WAMA seminars. Valid ID card necessary as proof of membership.

Black Belts, Instructors, Masters and School Owners can attain rank through WAMA Testing by:
-Visiting Headquarters : Las Vegas NV.
-DVD
-Clinics or testing at the Black Belt seminars
**Note: The minimum requirements for Adult Time-in:
After obtaining 1st Dan Black Belt...
1 year to 2nd Dan 2 years from 4th Dan to 5th Dan
2 years from -2nd Dan to 3rd Dan 2 years from 5th Dan to 6th Dan
3 years from 3rd Dan to 4th Dan 7th, 8th, 9th Dan ranks Test requirements, time-in rank, on a need know basis.
　
WAMA CLASSIFICATION
WAMA students and schools will be classified as follows:
Class: A-A-A International - schools that are outside the USA
Class: A-A State Administation - schools that are owned / operate their own school in the USA
Class: A-B - schools that are owned / operate within the same state
Class: B-B - Health and Fitness or Clubs
Class: B-C - Instructors without school or club
Class: C-C - Black belts and students that join without school or club
**Any member of WAMA may train FREE at any member’s school
when visiting for 1 or 2 days only, must present recent I. D. card .**
